Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
Welcome to The Click. The Service is operated by Novologia Ltd, a company registered in Israel (“Novologia”, “we”). By using our website and games (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. The Service
The Click provides browser-based escape-room puzzle games. Play is free: the first rooms open at once, and after that one new room opens every 12 hours, in order; The Lab and Play Together are free too. A pass — 7 days or 30 days — removes the wait and opens every case and every room right away. We offer the Service “as is” and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time; the free allowance may change over time, but a pass you have already purchased runs for its full period regardless of such changes.
2. Your account
An account is optional and free. We use passwordless sign-in: you enter your email and we send a one-time code — there is no password to manage. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email secure, and for activity under your account. You must provide an email address you own.
3. Purchases & payments
A pass (7 days or 30 days) is a one-time purchase for a fixed period, not a subscription: it does not renew, and nothing is charged again unless you buy another pass. Buying a pass while one is still active adds its full length to the end of the current one. Prices, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Our payment partner and merchant of record is Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) — your order is processed by Paddle, Paddle’s checkout terms apply to the transaction, and your receipt comes from Paddle. We never receive your card details.
A pass attaches to your account (your email) and is personal and non-transferable: it unlocks play on any device you sign into, and may not be resold or shared outside your household. A pass opens every solo case available on the Service during its period without waiting, as the catalogue exists and evolves; it is not a claim to any particular future game. The free schedule (which rooms are free and how often a new one opens) may change over time.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful or abusive.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Don’t scrape, copy, or redistribute our games or content except as allowed by law.
5. Content & intellectual property
The games, artwork, text, and software are owned by The Click and protected by law. You get a personal, non-commercial licence to play them. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved progress will always be available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Click is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we’ll update this page; your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms limits the rights you hold under those laws.
