Situation
Tonight every toy in the works goes out to a child — and not one crate rolls without the master dispatch stamp. Five minutes ago something small and quick snatched it off the manager’s desk and ran. The belts are still running. The crates are waiting. The stamp is gone.
Method
You never quite see it — but it can’t help leaving a mess. In every place it passed, something is knocked over, dragged aside, or left half-done. Put each place right, and what the little thief left behind will tell you where it ran next.

No toy-making knowledge needed — just honest looking: count things, compare things, put things in order. Everything you need is in the room you’re standing in.
